Application Form with $20 Application/Testing fee
Admission Exam (ACCUPLACER)
One Letter of Reference is required
Interview with Program Director/designee
Student Health Record and Current Immunizations
Proof of Health Insurance
Satisfactory C.O.R.I. (Criminal Offender Record Information)
Proof of Residency (in district)

Tuition in-district: $5,000.00
Tuition out-of-district: $9,000.00
Books: $388.00 (approximate)
Program/Student Fees: $1,630.00

Exams: EPA, R-410A, ESCO Student Placement Exam
